Turbo Issue...?
134k on my rig. Noticed different sound when turbo spools up. I am hoping the turbo is not going out so maybe sombody knows what this could be.
Sounds like a high pitched whistel while spooling or while im accelerating, dont know if this could be due to the cold weather or other issues i may need to look at.
I have the basic aFe stage 2 intake with 3"-to-4" aFe exhaust

It could be your EBPV closing on you. Unplug the two wire connector under the turbo, it's held to the housing with a metal tab. Then drive it and see if it still whistles, if not probelm solved. If it still whistles let us know.
