Noise with HyperTech

2005 6.0 - When I leave the truck stock. No noise.
Install Hypertech Stage 3 and boost goes over 20 there is a whooooooo sound. It occurs with a load and continue briefly after throttle release. Truck runs great gets 21-22 MPG at 75 mph with Hypertech!! Hypertech gives me 2-3 MPG!!!! No other modifications.

I can't take it to the dealer since it does not happen stock.
Any ideas???

Mine does the same thing. I think it's just it sucking in all the air with the increased fuel that's being provided. I could be wrong. Email hypertech, they have good support.
