IE 7 even slowed down Outlook Express and it even sped up after I went back to IE 6.

I did the very same thing. I formated my hard drive and reinstalled every thing to inshure that IE7 was gone forever. I think Bill Gates needs to change his meds or smoke a higher grade.

Without a doubt the site has been worse in the past. As a long time visitor I can say it's only been getting faster and with the amount of advertising in this joint I would hope it's doing exactly that.

Edit: Just wanted to add that I'm also a long time Mozilla Firefox user. Far better then IE.
