I have 35x12.5x18 Xtremes on my truck, there nice. They ride good with a respectible amount of road noise. To be honest the only thing about them I'm not to happy about is theyre defently not the best I could have picked for rain, they lack a little in wet weather
If you're looking for long life, you're looking in the wrong direction. If you're looking for a kickass off road tire that will still perform on road, you're looking at the best you can get. The Goodyear Wrangler MT/Rs, Cooper Discoverer STTs, and Toyo Open Country M/Ts (all the same tire) are about the only other option for off road capability, another option is the Cooper Discoverer S/T or S/T - C, which isn't as capable off road, but much better mannered and longer lasting than the MT/R, STT, M/T or the Xtreme A/T. The ST-C is a cut and chip resistant compound but the same tread design as the S/T.

The Xtreme AT's come with a 40k mile warranty. That's a good bit out of a fairly aggressive tread tire. The only other that will get more miles that I know of is the BFG AT's.
Ive had my Xtreme AT's 35 x 12.5's for 49k miles now... even tread wear.... and low freeway road noise will probably make me buy them again down the road... Not much different from when i first got them... They should last another 20k
