Transmission Flush Problem! NO Fluid Flow!!

Alright, Im trying to flush the trans on my 85 F150's ATX. Ive got two hoses connected to the trans cooler lines. The exit tube is working fine. But! The inlet line isnt sucking trans fluid AT ALL.

What could be going on?

just fill through the dipstick. thats how i've always done it.

The other line is return.
It does not suck anything.
