NP 435 Shift Problem
I've got a 79 F350 with a NP 435. I've been experiencing a problem with the shifter not allowing any gear to engage. After some fiddling it usually comes back around. That is, until tonight. I managed to force it into third and limp home. The first problem uncovered was loose trans to bell housing bolts. Tightening didn't fix the problem. Does anyone have any ideas?
