its not that hard at all. the most diffacult part is making sure there all straight and even. http://www.emotoman.com/f250/lights/f250lights.htm heres a site i found a while ago when i helped my buddy put lites on his truck

I am about to add them to my 94. I just haven't settle on the style of lights yet. That link looks cool, I just wonder if they still sell the harness for our rigs. I think I will just wire it myself.

I installed them on my 1988 that never had them either. There should be a wire that runs down the driver side rocker panel under the cover. The wire should contain the interior light, cargo light, hot wire for the fish eye reading lights, and a fourth wire for cab lights that is capped off and possible tucked away behind your seat belt rewind. Remove your head liner and cab light run your wire through the same spot the power comes in for your cab light. It will fish over to the corner by your seat belt pretty easy. If the 4th wire is not there you can run the wire along with the rest back to the dash and hook into the brown running light wire. It will give a nice fit and finish look inside and out.
