My horn works fine when the truck is running. (Still sounds weak, but works). But when the truck is off, and I press the horn button, it doesn't honk, it makes a really weak wants-to-honk sound. As if the ground is just barely touching somewhere. So how would I diagnose this problem? Is there contacts I need to clean?
BTW - It does not have cruise control (I wish it did!)

Oh don't you worry about that...I have dual hadley horns going on when I put my OBA in. I have a couple of 12V solenoid switches so I can use the button on the stearing wheel.
Also, I was reading some other posts from a search I did. Would the ground wire by the rag joint cause my problem?
