Hi Thanks for making me welcom, I live in West Australia and own a 1998 Ford F250 flat top 4 wheel drive with the Navistrar 7.3 ltr Diesel engine the truck has had a pretty hard life running in the desert in the middle of Australia from Port Hedland to Kunawarity 750 Km in land with very high temps.
The biggest problem here is the cost of parts for the truck and to repair it.
I do all my own repair etc and have self learned by reading from books
I hope to learn a bit about the ford f250 etc
Sounds like your truck gets used the way a truck is meant to be used. There is a lot of information here for you to use so by all means, use it! There are several members from Australia here so check out the chapter forums to find out if any are close to you.
Thank you for the welcom, I see you have a 1998 F250 LD 4x4 what is ment by LD ?
I hope to sell my truck this jear and fly to America and buy another one in about 18 months time and drive it back to Australia I want another 7.3 ltr and has to be tray top with duel seats but only two doors must be 4 wheel drive also.
