For different size bores, they sell different size arbors, that you can attatch to your drill. These arbors are used for cut-off wheels. They are simply an internally threaded shaft with a fastener at the end.
Small circles can then be cut out of a scotch pad, a little larger than the size of the bore (I like to use red), and then the fastener, or screw can be easily passed through the center of the circle of material. Once it is attatched, then you can insert it into the bore, and use the drill to clean out the bore. Be carefull not to hit the metalic fastener inside the bore, or you will scratch it. Super small arbors can be found in the Dremel section of your local hardware store, the rest where drill bits, and stuff are.
