I I plan to fit an ATF cooler where the factory auxiliary cooler is mounted and I have to choose the better cooler with less modifications or adaptations

1.- Flex-a-lite, 32000 pound GVW unit (PN 45321)
2.- TRU-COOL
a.- 4590 (28000 pound)
b.- 4739 (40000 pound) does this be worth it?

I have read that the stacked plate design is the best.
I have a Flex-a-lite 32000 and haven't had any probs since. I have loaded my truck down in the past a bit over the gvwr.......28704lbs that was truck, trailer, and load of rock. Truck runs like a champ.
I installed the 4739 on my 97 and it does require some modification to mount, but not much. The 4590 is your best shot for a direct bolt on and cooling capacity. I almost went with the latter but found an amazing deal for the 4739 on craigslist.
Thanks to everybody for your inputs, Im going to try to get the 4739, because here in Mexico are there more hot wheater than in USA, thats the only reason, but I have heard that with the 45 90 is enough for our trucks.
