Use that pto
Has anyone out there outfitted a 2005 F-350 manual diesel transmission with a Muncie/Chelsea pto to run a winch up front on the bumper or bumper area? I want to find someone who has done this and maybe give some contacts and part numbers so I don’t have to do this from scratch. I have contacted one person who wants to sell me a unit that will run on the driver’s side of the truck for just over $400.00 and he said it had three speeds. I’m sure there’s a million questions to ask, but being this is a first for me any help would be great.
