2004 f150
Hello all, I've never owned a truck before and i've just moved into a new house so i'm looking for a work truck to use around the house. It will not be a daily driver but i would like to be able to drive long distances if need be, also i would like something that will last. It has a lot of miles and the carfax report says its been in 3 minor accidents which doesn't really concerned me if the repair was done properly. now i know to check if all the recalls have been taken care of but should the tsb's be done also? I also think the price may be a little high considering the mileage and the history so what do you guys think a fair cash out the door price would be? I live in georgia if that helps any. Thanks for any help you can give me.

My guess is that $10K is the most the truck is worth. For the miles it looks fairly decent and who knows how long it will last. Could be 100k or 200K.
Depending on how many people you want to carry and the options you must have, there are some new 2006 XL regular cabs you could buy for around $15K and no need to worry about how long it will last.
