2002 Tranny Problem
I have had the Ford Dealership try to fix a leaking problem with no success. They have replaced(they claim)seals, torque converter, and the latest; vent drain. Do you have any ideas what is going on? It leaves three spots of fluid on the drive-way or anywhere else I park it. It only has 73,000 miles of easy driving. It has NOT puled anything. Thanks

I know ford had some problems on a few mustangs where the case itself was leaking near the front transmission seal area. It wasn't cracked or anything, just excessively porous, allowing fluid to actually seep through the aluminum case. The only repair was to replace the transmission case.
I don't know if this is the case or not on your vehicle, but anything is possible.
And just for your information, transmission fluid leaks on these are extremely rare, so there's no "typical problem" on these to report.
