Is it worth it?
Since there is a possiblty of my motor being dusted i have been looking for blocks so build a new motor with. I found this one and it is really close to my house and cheap. First question, since it is a 444 all of my parts, like accessories should bolt up correct. Second question is, when it hydrolocked do you think it messed anything else up with the crank? He said it didnt but im just checking to be sure. He said it came out of a international 3800. Is $100 worth it?

I would think $100 is cheap and by rights everything should bolt up!
Not likely hydrolock should damage the crank - if the rods bent - alloy pistons etc should all let go first!
If your rebuilding anyway - your gonna be right in there checking all that!
Shouldn't lose for $100! IMHO!

just the parts alone are worth it,
new complete on ebay is 9K
and new short block is 6 to 7K.
or you can go to wide open performance and get a tricked out short block that makes over 500 ponies for 9K. (with the right turbo & injectors mind you)
