Bed Repair Panels

Anyone here used any of the bed repair panels available from the various vendors? Here's one for reference:
http://blueovaltruckparts.com/.....ts_id=6178

I have some small areas that I need to repair up in the front near the cab. Seems I have read before that some have had fitment problems and the spacing or width of the corrugation didn't match-up correctly with the original bed...
Any of you have any experience with these or found any with a good match?? or do I need to find some patches cut from an original?

Thanks for any input.

Most aftermarket

I haven't used anything from Blue Oval yet. But have from several other aftermarket suppliers, KC Auto panel, and Certifit both in Missouri. Havr had good and bad fittng from both.
Just match up panels before you even remove anytype of decal, or stickers. Venders I mentioned may not take panels back if they have been installed, or stickers removed.

I have used some repair panels from the local autobody supplier..two cab corners and a whole lower side quarter panel from an 8 ft. chopped short to use on a wiped out 6 ft. side. No brand names to mention and they mighta been from China but the cab corners were very generous in material..so much so that I used about half from the top to the bottom. As with most panel replacement there is ying and yang and alignment can be compromise so trim and fit and secure firmly and use longhair fiberglass and body filler to take up the slack. Its like carpenters say..measure twice cut once. They also say the best finish carpenter is the one with a case of caulk.

Those panels are "oversized" items so the shipping cost is a killer. Didn't want to get some panels that don't fit and have to send back.
I've got some cab corners and floor pans and that stuff can be massaged to fit if the stampings are a littel off. It's just the corrigated style of the bed panel would be tough to fit if they are 1" flats on the original and 1-1/4" flats on the repro... Just seems like I read that complaint somewhere in the past. Sounds more like maybe it was a matter of getting the wrong year range of patch panel...
Thanks all.
