hmmm.. ok the red/light green is the fuel line heater and the solid red goes to the IPR. I can't remember what the third one is. I used to have a excellent International website that showed all this stuff but it doesn't work anymore. I'd go out and check what color the wire was but its dark and cold out. I have the wiring diagram so if you know the color I'd be able to tell. I'm sure somebody knows.

get your batteries charged and try again. These trucks will drain batteries quickly if you don't charge them regularly. Especially as you know or just found out when trying to start it several times to avail. When I have a starting problem I either grab a set of jumper cables and a running vehicle or my battery charger/booster.

The top one that looks like an oil pressure sensor that you replaced is the fuel filter restriction sensor(for a way dirty fuel filter). The two underneath that a little behind that are the top one-Bingo (heater element connection) and the one below that - water in fuel sensor hook-up. FPR fuel pressure regulator on the side of the fuel filter- regulates the fuel pressure going into the heads and the IPR injection pressure regulator - regulates the high pressure oil pump output to the injectors which causes the injectors to fire aggressively and inject the fuel air mixture right into the cylinders. The IPR is on the back of the HPOP which is on top of the engine in the front and is shaped like an aluminum rectanglular box standing up on top of the front of the engine.

Like 14psd said, charge your batteries. You can have enough voltage to crank the engine but not enough to fire the injectors.

Are you saying the hole is in the fuel tower? Better head for a junk yard. A new one from Ford is about $650.00.
