2004 4.2L P2195 P2197 codes

Friends 2004 4.2L V6 F150's CEL came on just this morning. Pulled the codes and got P2195 and P2197 which I believe is 02 lean both banks. He's got about 66K miles on it.

Any ideas on what to look at?

Glad to have you join us and hope to be able to help.

Here's some info I dug up.....
(possible causes)

Induction System:
Air leaks after the MAF
Vacuum Leaks
PCV system
Improperly seated engine oil dipstick

EGR System:
Leaking gasket
Stuck EGR valve
Leaking diaphragm or EVR

Base Engine:
Oil overfill
Cam timing
Cylinder compression
Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2S(s)
