Go here first:

Find the forum for the correct year of your truck, click on it.
Then:
There is a "button" link at the top left of every forum that says "New Topic".
There is a "button" link at the top left of every thread that says "Post Reply". There is also a "Quick Reply" box at the bottom of every thread page. There are "Quote" buttons in every post and an icon in every post that will take you to the quick reply box at the bottom.
There are "Thread tools" that allow you to add a subscription, etc, and there are boxes in the full "Post Reply" link that allow you to control many aspects of your post.
Just click on buttons and see what they do. )
