Smile Found Something New

Did Anyone Know The Second Row Seats Slide Foward, I Only Thought They Flipped Open. Just A Little Trick I Learned From An Ex For Sale On Ebay. I've Owned Two Excursions And This Is The First Time I Heard Of This.

S' OK. At one time or another, we all find something about the ex that we did not know.


Another one that comes to mind is some did not know that stops for the rear swing doors could be disengaged and let the doors swing wide 180 degrees.

that's two new things I can check out... It is really interesting that they didn't upgrade the info on tire pressure after they found out that 45# or 50# just didn't cut it.. There is also no information on heated seats,bulbs for the running boards and several other things.. Someone also mentioned in one of the threads that there is a transmission temp gage in the speedo panel.. No way can I find it unless it's one of those warning lites that come on too late to do anything about it...It also doesn't suggest just how long you should cool off the turbo before stopping the engine or provide a temp gage for it..

It is not on your 2001. It was a change for the 2003 through 2005 models. Not sure about the 2002's. The guages are on both sides of the speedo/tach instead of only on the left side. Along with the format change, they removed the voltmeter and put in the useless trans temp guage.

Ford had a better Idea. Wonder why no one else thought it was better.
