2001 7.3 110K just started to have no power thru all gears until over 1500 RPM.
what could it be? runs fine. just no power. I currently am running the hypertec programmer, never had any problems before..

 

is the engine making any noise like rushing air? your IC boots or intake boots may be loose or need replacment. also check to make sure that your air filter is clean.

 

The engine sounds completely normal, maybe a bad tank of fuel? I was sitting in the drive thru then went take off and it started doing it, The turbo seems fine, you can feel it. about 15-1700 rpms it takes off like a rocket, just nothing before that..
