So far the most bang for my buck upgrade has been my petronix ignition and a one wire alternator (both worth there weight in gold). I have not touched the brakes or steering yet (still stock).

I like the ones nobody notices except the "true F-truck gurus". Like, for example, drip rails removed. Your average joe would never notice, but the knowledged would say, "nice touch on the drip rail mod.", etc. I have nothing to brag about, yet.
