Well yes the truck was converted, no the wipers where not. The conversion was done long before i even touched the truck. The owners want to have the truck done relitively original. Thats why we are keeping the stock flat 6. Thanks for the replys i will look around and tell you guys my results.
I don't have to replace it though because it runs off of vacum right now correct.
That's correct. We have two different issues by two different people in the same thread so sometimes the answers after your post may have been directed at a previous poster's question, which can get quite confusing.
You are looking for info on a new wiring harness, whereas Innovative Detailing has his new harness installed but is having problems getting his wiper motor to work. The talk about wiper motors was aimed at helping ID getting his electric wipers to work. Your vaccuum wiper don't really care what voltage or wiring you have, they are purely mechanical and not connected to the wiring at all unless you convert them to electric operation sometime down the road.
Now, are we all on the same page?
Thank you for clarrifying the issues AX. I held off this weekend from investigating the wiper wiring any further because I got this flu thats going round. Everything worked great before the wire swap as I mentioned. Truck is wired 12v as is the wiper motor, when we rewired we actually used the connection from the original wire harness. Just had the chance to finally look at the wires again and this is what I have. I have the black wire form the harness labeled (WIPER) going to the switch, from there I have the original 3 wires going from the switch (spade connected) orange, lt blue, and black going into the motor via the original connecter. And from that we are here, whats your thought. Should I reposition the wires on the switch? Thank again all!

Reason: spelling
I get all my wiring kits form Rhode Island Wiring. They are exactly like the original, only with modern vinyl coverd wire with a braided covering. Never had one that didn't fit. I have probably done a dozen or more wiring jobs. The full sets are not cheap, but they are good and come with full diagrams. e-mail me at jharris7@maine.rr.com and I can put you in touch.
