Question

There's no PEE-AL3 listed in either the 1964/72 or 1973/79 truck parts books.

PEA is the prefix for a C-4, but there's no PEA-AL3 listed there either.

Must be strictly a car ID code. I have no car parts books that pertain to this application.

EDIT: D2AE-CA is a block casting number for a 351C from the 1972 thru 1974 period.

D2DP-EBF is a 1972 Maverick/Comet C-4 engineering number.

No car books, but I found refs for the last two sentences elsewhere.

The C-4 gasket and seal kit fits many years. The clutches will be the same from the mid 60's thru the mid 70's. The front and rear seals are the same too.

Check the kit when you get it to see if there's a tailshaft bushing. If not, get one. Those bushings develop burrs, that can tear a rear seal to bits. You might also replace the bushings for the shift linkage on the trans and steering column.
