How do I change the keypad code when I dont know the orginal?

I believe the only way to retrieve the code is to go to the dealer and pay them to get it out of the computer. Some ford actually had it stamped in the interior and the owners manual told you where to look. No such luck in the Ex, or at least in my 02. I was lucky to get all the service records with my truck which had the previous owners phone number. They were more than willing to fill me in on the history of the Ex and the code.
