ABS light

ABS light

my abs light came on tonight for like 1 second and then went off ... any ideas of what would cause that??

You need to have the ABS codes pulled... and the typical "Generic" scan tools parts stores tend to use will not pull these codes.

If it only came on that one time though, I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it starts happening again.

(Hint. The rear differential speed sensor tends to go bad on these... held in with 1 bolt at the top of the rear diff.. and an electrical connector)

it could be just a dirty sensor
