strange window and lock problems
so i have a 95 explorer v6 auto and i have this problem as of the last month or so first the drivers side lock button wasnt working then the passanger went about 2 days later so then i started having problems with the rear windows from the drivers side switches so i went to my local junk yard and bought all the doorlock /window switches (all 4 doors) and replaced them now all the windows work but still no locks the dirvers side window gives me problems from time to time and i have to open the door in a certain postion to make the window go up (maybe a bad door switch ? i also noticed the door chime dosnt go off till in this postion) but even in that postion neither the passanger or drivers switches work the locks the only switch that still works them is the cargo switch they still open from a key and the factory remote and all fuses are good any ideas ? thanks

Take a look in the driver side door jam, you will see a rubber accordian casement. Inside there are wires that break (common), add about an extra inch to the broken wires and solder the connections, encase in heatshrink.
