Cold Explorer= Roof Problems
It seems that whenever it gets cold outside, the roof of my '03 Explorer rattles and makes a loud noise when I close the door or when I go over bumps. As anyone else noticed this problem? It seems that the sheet metal on the roof is very thin and weak, like I can push down on it with no problem. I thought that maybe the roof rack was loose but I checked it out and the thing is on tight. Any ideas?
