<TABLE><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top>ok im lost here .. maybe someone can help me out a bit if i leave my hubs locked (manual Lockers) i hear a a grinding noise when im slowin down under 25... till i stop and a hummin noise around 60... but then the hummin noise will go away.. i put it in 4x4 gets really loud.. then it quits i havent had the hum at 60 for 2 days now..... but i still hear the grinding noise when i slow down.. i dont think this is the pinion bearing in the front i dont know how these manual lockers work im use to chevys ifs with cv joints..... is there bearings in the hubs... cuz if i unlock them i hear noo noise....

They are either locked in or locked out... if they are locked in you can travel in either direction and put the TCase in and out of gear at any speed either direction.
I would advise to seek a hoist so you can run the driveline up and walk around and listen...... My guess would be a bad universal or front bearing...... gotta check it out closer.....Clark kent was the only guy with xray vision I knew personally..
