Jacobs Energy Pack
I was wondering if anybody had ever used a Jacobs Ignition system on there trucks. Ive heard great stories about better milage and more power. And they where fairly simple to install. They were on a regular distributor engine, and i dont know for sure how that would work on our coil engines. But anyways any thoughts or comments on this would be good.

Duraspark with jacobs?
Bros I deffinetly need some direction on this one. I have a 71 302 .40 over mild 2 stage with tfs heads. I just recently put in a durasparkll dizzy and bought the ignition model to go with it . This my problem i got a smoking deal on a jacobs energy pack and coil but ive heard that the oem igniyion module needs to be used in this set up. Has any one got some tips to get this 59 f100 out cruisen again?

to burns... a new coil will not improve milage or power, it just lightens your wallet. a coil either works or it dont.
motor city-- maybe i dont understan the jacobs coil. you got a 71 motor that should just be a single distributor ignition, with a coil . why would this be a problem with a new coil or energy pack ?
