My 04 6.0 was doing the same thing blue smoke on start up and sometimes after idle for 5-10 mins. Its was blue and sometimes alot. I took it to my dealer and they done the lastest flash and replaced the ebp sen and check a few things. NO more blue smoke or any other smoke on start up or anytime. Fix my problem. I thought I had a bad injector but guess not. My truck run great before the reflash just the smoke. I would get to the dealer and let them check it out.
