I double checked my relays tonight. I have the original five relays with the part number from above, 5C3T-14B192-AA-P6STD. However, the relay that came with the OEM pigtail is F0AB-14B192-AA. The two relays look distinctly different, but the numbers are very similar. I am guessing that either works.

5L3T-14B192-AA = 5L3Z14N089AA
FOAB-14B192-AA = FOAZ14N089A
not the same, use for many different things.

Hey y2kfordparts, would you know if relay 5C3T-14B192-AA-P6STD
is the right (or equivalent) relay for trailer charging? I contacted three different dealers and all acted like it was a mystery to them , didn't have a clue.
So I went ahead and ordered a 5C3T-14B192-AA-P6STD relay.
What a hassel!
Anyway, THANKS to you and all who have offered input into my question!!

FOAZ14N089A SAME STORY BUT 40AMP
there is no 5C3T-14B192-AA The one I crossed over is 5L3T14B192AA which I'm sure is what you have. C AND L get mixed up all the time.

I just looked again at the relays in my truck and all five are 5C3T-14B192-AA.
I questioned my eyesite and did a triple check and that is the relay number.
Maybe this truck was manufactured in Korea

Ok I went to
HVBoM or Historical Vehicle Bill of Material and there it list the relays
5L3T14B192AA = 5L3Z14N089AA QTY 5
I will stand by my first post, and comfirm you need glasses!
or someone had a bad day and change one digit on your truck.

It's definately a "C" on all of them. Would take a digital picture, but it's
not that big of a deal. Either way, I hope the relay I ordered will work.
Certainly appreciate all your effort looking into this!

I had the same question for my 06 F150 Scab. I had the wire harness and fuse in a plastic package in the center console when I bought the truck. I went to Ford dealer yesterday, asked the same question. Mechanic came out to answer my question and just did it for me, only the fuse. I gave him a nice tip.
