RIP Benny, There must be some great racing in heaven, Allison, Kulwicki, Earnhardt, Parsons, Hamilton, Petty, Irwin, Bonnett, Richmond, we've lost too many....

I was afraid this would be the news we'd be hearing after Benny has been in intensive care for the length of time he has.

R.I.P. Mr. Benny Parsons, you'll be certainly missed.

Thats what I was thinking too, more so after Bobby Hamilton passed.
RIP Mr. Parsons.

I will miss Bennys comments at the races. He was, in my opinion, the most smarterest guy ever in the broadcast booth. Benny, I'll miss you. My prayers to the family. He was truly a nice guy.

once again, the evils of "small cell" lung cancer. a whole different beast from non-smallcell. they misled BP just like they misled my wife. "it reacts well to chemo and radiation". yeah but it comes back bigger and badder and fast. fortunately or unfortunately i did my research when Nan was diagnosed. i knew what was coming. i hope BP didn't know what was happening.
prayers for his family. sorry for ranting
