making a rack
ok i want to build a headake rack for my f150 and a tonocover
i want a headake rack i can put a light bar on and put lights
on the back for the bed anyone have a diagram or no were i can get one
let me know

You're not going to find such, being that light bars and tonneau covers don't intregrate.
However, My first recommendation is a truxedo. It will allow you to use the top of your bedrails and your stake pockets. From there, you will need to decide how you want to mount the bar, either stake pocket or bolted to the rails. Sence you want to build, you must have a metal in mind and the tools to do so. I would guess about 15 degrees inward at the base for a foot or two, 30 degrees inward to the highest point your want and a cross over beam.
My next suggestion would be a Pace edwards cover with the explorer rails and using only half of thier rack system. This is the most expensive route, but it will not require more than a couple of hand tools.
