Thanks Nathan, on a good note the dually axle fit real well in my 53 F350. Wasn`t it for me? I just found it laying around doing nothing and thought it was for me.
See you when you get here Chris, don`t forget the pain killers.
Good news on getting the truck this weekend, not another Dodge is it?
You do have to share the cookies and brownies now that you teased us. Bring along some fire wood for the weiner roast too, I think I`ve got some Coke here somewhere.
You've seen the truck last summer. It's the 91 F-250 4x4 Diesel. I brought those tires up in it. Don't got any firewood unless you want a whole mini bag of it from the pallet place in town? Then I can't fit my truck parts.
I plan on coming over next Saturday to help with that truck. Get a better look at what body work will need to be done yet. I have some colors in mind to paint it.
actuallt other then fenders and hood which are no longer stayin with the truck there ain't much to be done to the cab, I guess there probally is some but compared to the rust I'm used to this is a very easy resto.
Oh yeah btw Fom do you mind pming me directions to your place cause me and my dad might come out and give a helping hand and learn something too whenever you get a chance too no rush
I picked up 5 cutting and 5 zip discs for my angle grinder today at Princess Auto. They were even on Sale for a total of $9.22! Hey Dustin have you ever used a 4 1/2" angle grinder? If so I got lots of work for you.
Yes a torch is faster but I don't really want holes in my nice fenders. 19 gauge metal heats up a lot quicker than 5 1/6 bolt. I just cut a slice down the middle and hit the bolt with a hammer. Wham and the bolt is done. Dustin did say he wanted to help....
