coolant change

I have a 2003 Superduty with very low mileage(below 10000). Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to if I should be concerned about changing coolant.

30-36k miles or three years should do it.

Is the coolant green or orange? If its the orange stuff, its good to 100,000 miles.

If you change I'd recommend Final Charge.....300 to 600K and no additive!
