I need some help. I'm trying to change my fog light bulbs. My owner's manual makes it look simple...twist and pull, right? Easy enough, except I can't get to the back of the light housing. How the hell do you change the bulbs?! I can't get to them from underneath and I can't get to them from the front because of the front licence plate holder.
Any tips from you guys that have done this before?
I agree with Monsta, pull the grill. its four screws on top and four clips at the bottom. I pulled my grill to do the air intake and cut a hole(zoo dad thingy) and replaced my fogs while the grill was off. It was very easy from the top.
Having just replaced my fog light bulbs, reply #2 and #3 are correct. Remove the grille. 4 screws on top, 4 clips on bottom. Takes about 90 seconds to remove the grille.
Thanks for the suggestions. While you guys were typing I was out acting like a contortionist trying to get my arms back around the front plate holder. I finally managed to get the bulbs changed. I'll try the grill removal method the next time. While I was doing it I was wondering how a service tech would get in there to change them. Sucks that the owner's manual doesn't address that.
