From a friend a friend that works for Ford. Go to this link and ask for one, sounds like ford want to sell cars.

Keep in mind when you go from dealer to dealer the Xplan price could change a little due to price increases during the model introduction, unless you keep the same vehicle in your sights ( same VIN#).
Depending on the dealership you might be able to get it less than the Xplan price if the dealer you are using decides to dip into their holdback fees. This happens occassionaly when the dealer is not having a good month or year.
Buck to obtain an Xplan PIN your company needs to be a partner with Ford, then someone in your family may be able to get it if they work for a Ford partner..
