302 engine replacement
(% F-150 FI 302, what engine years are a bolt-in/ plug in replacement? I'm an old time rodder built my 69 ford from ground up, but don't know doo-doo abuot these electronic computer controlled things

Pretty much any 302 shortblock will bolt in and function, thought the earlier heads(pre '75) were not all internally manifolded for air injection and there may be intake manifold bolt alignment issues. Specific power output varies wildly with year, but generally you can get as much as you want/need with mods.
