e450 brake swap, will transfer case bolt in place of park brake?

Hello. chew on this for a while...shoot me some configurations...I'm dealing on a 98 e450 ambulance cab&chassis for the 7.3 and tranny. I was wondering if I were to remove the park brake assembly, would a transfer case bolt up. I have 2 ford diesel projects. One is an 82 e350 4x4 that I want to swap a diesel in place of the 460. The other is an 88 f450 flatbed 5speed 4wheel disc, 10 lug dana 80 that needs a clutch and has a rod knocking in the 7.3. The 7.3 has 4k on a ford reman but the oilpan bolt fell out on the guy and he didn't park it. my parts list includes the e450 ambulance 4wheel 8 lug disc & tranny brake, dana 80, 5:55? gears( whatever they are is worse than the 5:13's in the flatbed) I have a 3:54 dana 80 gearset and posi. A 4:11 dana 80 posi no gears, A sterling 10.25" dually 4:11 posi f350 rear. a 77 e350 2x van. 3-6.9 diesel engines, a diesel c-6...
I was thinking I could run the powerstroke in either truck. I already bought a pto for the 5speed but don't know how that tranny will do with the 3:54 gears going in the rear. The van has a c-6 in it and 3:73 gears and 285-75r16's(bout 32"tall). I was wondering if the E450 (8 lug) brakes from the dana 80 in the ambulance could be swapped over to a 3/4 ton dana 60 axle, or the 10.25 f350 axle. I threw the other 2x van in the mix in case anyone else though it would be a good place for the extra dually parts. I can probably use a 6.9 crank and clutch to fix the 7.3 IDI from the 88 f450. would a c-6 work with the powerstroke? Would the od automatic work behind the 6.9 or 7.3 IDI? Will a transfercase bolt to the rear of the od or the 5speed in place of the parking brake?
