DOES ANYONE MAKE A PLASTIC FUEL TANK FOR A 1953

F-100 THAT REPLACES THE ONE UNDER THE DRIVERS FLOOR .

 

they have them at sacramento vintage ford (in sacramento, ca)--you can find them online via yahoo...

 

i bought a plastic tank through "mid-fiftyf-100parts.com" for my 53 along with the sending unit too. it works great. check em out.

went thur what you are couple months ago,went to the u-pull with my tape measure found about 10 tanks laying around that came out of mini vans i belive,got tank, filler,sender all for 20 dollers
very little riging and it went right in.on line tanks were 225 and up up up..later don
