help having problems getting the o2sensore out

ok i changed spark plugs wires egr valve idler thratol sensore,and now working took the intake off and changed the gasget and was gonna the lower gasgets but got late. so i notice that there was a ground wire coming form the injectore ling wasnt grounded my truck was making a high low runing noise plus oil gauge would go up and down with mortor im thinking its the o2 sensore been burning lots of fuel i cant get it off and stuck i tried heating it ive tried starting engin the book aid that will heat the o2 sensore up to loosen it but nothing working plus used pbblaster its another type of wd40 but better o yeah put new manfold exhust gastgets todont no what els to do any ideas? help

First you need the right socket, lisle makes one on the cheap side. Then you need spray the blaster on the threads and let it sit for 30 minutes. After it has had some time to sink in, start the motor and let the truck idle for a minute or two. You want the pipe warm to the touch to hot, sence it is really stuck you may want to get the pipe very hot. With the socket on the sensor, tap the ratchet with a hammer or mallot. It will bust loose, but you have to get past the rust.

You can use a 7/8" wrench on it as well but you want a 6-pt box end wrench which seems to be less common than the 12-pt box end. Leverage is what you need but be careful because the lack of room and the ability for the pipe not to take the torque required to break the sensor loose.
