Axle code 18N ?

Axle code 18N ?
In my hunt for a H9 axle I ran across an axle code 18N on a 87-91 F150. I think it was a 4x4, but I'm not sure as I really was only looking at the door codes. I'm thinking it was just a type-o and it's a 3.08 open, but I just wanted to check to see if anyone else had ever seen that code. It was all togeather, no spaces.
