i broke front wheel cap and i would like to know if i need the same one as i had or is there another one i can use. i was on ebay and saw they are different ones for different years. 04 f350 fx4 cc dually 16" rims

You need the same one. Any chrome center cap from a '99-'04 DRW w/the center hole for the hub switch will work. '05+ center caps will not work on our trucks because Ford went with an 8x200mm bolt pattern in '05. I know some on ebay say their gray plastic center caps from an '05 will fit any '99-'07 DRW, but this is crap, they don't fit.
