Rough Idling '97 Ranger
A '97 Ranger was recently added to our family. This is our first Ford ever. When it was brought home the plugs were changed and the air filter changer. As the title above hints, the motor has been running rather rough. It has 8 plugs to 4 cylinders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The issue has been resolved. When it was started it barely had enough power to move. However, when taken out onto the highway it cleared out within 100 yards. I would speculate that some rust from the headers fell into the combustion chamber and was causing the abovementioned issues. Thank you for you help. All in all, this is one slick little truck. A little underpowered, but what may one expect for a 4-Cyl. Drives great and does what it's supposed to do rather well.
