Helm (http://www.helminc.com/helm/homepage.asp?r=), hands down. These are the Ford factory manuals, but they're definately not cheap.
You can also go to Motorcraft (http://www.motorcraftservice.com) and get online subscriptions for 72 hrs., a month, and annual, then just download what you need and print it out.

I purchased the DVD set off eBay fairly reasonably. It seems pretty good so far. I have used the helms manuals on my other vehicles before this truck and really like them. I think they are easier to navigate through than the dvd, but for the $ the dvd has been good so far and is very detailed.

The DVD's on Ebay are usually illegal bootlegs. I bought a full set of books, volumes 1 and 2 and the wiring manual, plus the 6.0L service manual for less than half price. Minor smudging, but great condition.
