thats cool, now what about the air in the line will it bleed off somehow or will I need to fill the new line with oil and be real quick at attaching it
Have you done this mod yet?? The biggy is not any of the questions you have asked, rather sealing and fitment issues based on what I have seen here and my own experience. I had no sealing issues but have read about several. I believe it comes from the fact that there is some amount of "bending" that is necessary.
You need to bend the fittings in just enough to start the threads and make sure they are not crossthreaded, and then tighten them only enough to seal. Better to tighten again than overtighten. Sounds simple but we see the posts. Take your time and do it right. The air and oil is easily taken care of.
