Barnie, I have both seen and heard of them, but not on your year model truck. It was several years later before they were factory installed. You should be able to find one to your liking at your friendly local salvage yard and install it on your truck. IMHO

Well, it's not original...but I have seen several of the 1961-66's with a 1960-63 Falcon dome lamp mounted above the rear window. This is the (somewhat) rectangular shaped chrome plastic bezel/opaque lens affair. This may have been a dealer install....way back when.
