Suspension lube points

Suspension lube points
I have noticed quite a bit lately that even going over a speed bump I hav alot of creaking noise. I looked for grease points or zurk fittings, but didn't see any. What type of lube should I use for the suspension points, ie spring mounts, torsion bars, shock mounts, etc silicone, white lithium grease ???

Assuming you have front leaf springs, check the rear of those. The one spring rides on an isolator pad that wears out or sometimes slides to the side. Otherwise I spray silicone on all rubber attachments. The tie rods have zerks. Carroll
