High Speed Miss

OK, I had the transmission checked and it is fine. The truck is a 1986 F-150 with 302 and AOD. The engine was rebuilt last year and I have changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap and coil.
Still have a miss in OD when you place the truck under load.
Any other ideas that I can check?

there is a revised way to run the plug wires (overlay) because of stray volt leakage.
also check the fuel pressure and flow, has it had a fuel filter in the past 20thou.

Can anyone tell me what the revised plug wire routing might be?
I have changed the fuel filter.

just because the parts are new don't make them good....I would change the plugs or at least check them..........
